Around the Clock is Drug Free Work Place.

All potential employees must minimally pass the Minnesota State Background Check and have proof of a valid driver’s license and active insurance. All employees have a driving requirement and that should be considered prior to applying.

The following is a basic description of frequently hired positions within Around the Clock Home Care:

1. Registered Nurse

a) Case Manager: Minimally must possess a current MN RN license in good standing and with no stipulations, be CPR Certified, and have a at least one year of previous homecare experience, preferably in case management.

b) Private Duty: Minimally must possess a current MN RN license in good standing and with no stipulations, be CPR Certified, and have a minimum of one year of previous nursing experience. Pediatric nurses will have to have applicable experience and training in complex nursing tasks.

2. Licensed Practical Nurse

a) Private Duty: Minimally must possess a MN LPN license in good standing and with no stipulations, be CPR certified, and have a minimum of one year experience. Pediatric nurse will have to have applicable experience and training in complex nursing tasks.
b) Per Visit: Minimally must possess a MN LPN license in good standing and with no stipulations, be CPR certified, and have at least one year of previous home care visit experience.

3. Home Health Aide: Must be current on the Nursing Assistant Registry and have successfully completed a Certified Nursing Assistant Class. Previous Nursing home or hospital experience preferred. Experience in hoyers a plus.

4. Patient Care Assistant: Must have previous aide experience and have a reliable vehicle.

5. Homemaker: Must have reliable transportation, attention to detail, and an out going personality.

6. Physical Therapist: Must minimally possess a MN Physical Therapists license in good standing and with no stipulations. Must have six months of previous experience.

7. Occupational Therapist: Must minimally possess a MN Occupational Therapists license in good standing with no stipulations. Must have six month of previous experience.

8. Speech Therapist: Must minimally possess a MN Speech Therapist license in good standing and with no stipulations. Must have six months of previous experience.

9. Independent Living Skills Worker: Bachelors degree, preferably in the health care field. One year of health care experience.
